Its good news for those who were caught in the war between Blu-ray and HD DVD. Many of you would have been confused on which format to buy and which one to rely on. Do not worry. Samsung has anounced that it will release its new Blu-ray - HD DVD combo player. The BD-UP5000 will be released on Jan 15 next year and will be priced at around $800. Amazon has already opened the pre-order season for it.
