Apple reveals new iPod nano Models

The 'Fatboy' look rumors of the iPod nano has become true as App;e unveiled its new iPod nano. The third gen nano features many improvements over its previous models. It comes out with a 2 inch screen with a 320x240 resolution that supports video playback as well as high quality games. The shape of the nano is almost a square and a bit slimmer than its older version. The new model also features the new iPod interface, with its split screen system that allows for seeing album art and other content on one side while scrolling through menus on another. Cover Flow has now also become part of the design and lets users browse music and videos by album covers or video previews, viewing track details after selecting the album. While the new form factor might not please everyone, the new screen is indeed stunning, and both the interface and movies look unbelievingly good. The 4Gb model is available for $149 and the 8Gb model for $249.
