It has been found out that Yahoo is trying to compete Google by introducing its own Youtube like technology. Hence Yahoo has released its own version called Videocast, which is said to compete youtube. But as a trial, Videocast has been released only to the people in Japan. Yahoo is planning to steal majority of the Youtube users. Videocast's main goal is to enable the mobile users to upload and view videos in a matter of seconds. YouTube struggled to attract the handheld consumers and even released a special version of its technology which is fully compatible with the mobile devices.
